Monday monday...

Had a festive weekend - started off with a bath

and then a lot of snacking

girl had a blueberry muffin

boy had o's
girl & I snugged a bit
we got our diaper delivery
check out the size of the box - that's a lotta diapers.. so we should be good for at least 2 weeks
is there anything as great as a humungous cardboard box all to yourself?
luckily, she was happy to share this time girl showed boy how to sit in the box then she kicked him out & shut the door

Play Date!!

We'll start off with the kids' naps

what's the difference between a girl & a boy?

a girl will sit nicely in her bed - and gently drift off to sleep,

while a boy, will trash the place - and fall asleep where he falls

I had to back up - so you can see how Alex's little feet -which have never been stuffed into shoes until yesterday (when I stuffed his feet into some shoes) are nicely curled up -

I try to tell myself that Luke isn't crazy - isn't a monster- he's just a little boy

well, yesterday - I was proved wrong when I saw a little boy with a clean face, sitting calmly, with nerry a bump or scratch on his face -

while Luke got 2 facial injuries just in the time we had a visitor

Luke tried to help Dan bring the groceries into the living room

We had quite the potty party this weekend

Boy was having such a cutie dinner singing & saying ROCK-A-BYE! then in turned into Rock-a-bye Daaadeeeeeee --- then Dan gave him a raspberry - and it all went downhill...

Can't say I started January off as the most organized person -

but I'm trying to catch up!

we all went outside to play in the snow.. and boy didn't last long..
