He found one - but there was no wind

Anna was just super pleased we let her run around in the back yard

and Dan brush-hogged it especially for the occasion. one more

We went on vacation to Auntie Fran's house -

and Anna had an especially healthy breakfast -

and she ate it with a lobster knife

SO BIG

OK - most important -

the MOST PERFECT SO BIG EVER!

Frankie hung out with us for the day

and he wore EVERYONE out

start the day with a little bananatime

and Anna was FINALLY being nice to Mr. Luke and to follow up the best SO BIG -

Log Cabin

Started Thursday morning like any other...

playing .. and teaching Luke how to work all the toys...

BUT THEN!

Scott & Lori made a log-cabin donation to our ever filling lawn 'o toys

Needless to say - the girl was VERY HAPPYonce it was in place - she was quite pleased to sit back and relax in her new digs...

and the first thing she said (demanded) was

Daddy - come inside and make dinner

and having a new toy that she's so smitten with
of course
will bring a little controversy
i.e. mine
all in all - the girl was very very happy with her new toy but -true to form
as soon as you fall in love with the outside toy -
it rains
so she did the next best thing..
came inside & had a bath

so grown up...

Anna & I had a little fight the other day -

apparently I'm unreasonable because I woouldn't let her drive home

Will they ever put clothes on!?!?!

ugh- it's been so long!!!

Fred vs. Luke

Fred has really warmed up to Luke -
being Luke isn't much of a cat grabber the way Anna is/was
but you can see in this first picture -
Luke is so super excited to see Fred -
that he has become a hummingbird blur..

Fred doesn't realize what's going on -
so he parks it... and Luke acts very nonchalant and disinterestedthen, as expected, Luke attacks Fred

and you can tell by Fred's ears - he didn't see it coming...
