Sick Kids

Well - it happened -

both kids sick at the same time -

and then Dan got it FUN FUN FUN

SO! here is an older one of the duo doing a little barn walking from the other day

Sunday was so nice - we took a cruise down the driveway

Dan has had a thorn in his cheek for the past few days from clearing out all the brush around the pond..

I don't know if he'll agree - but I think it's totally worth it!

Anna doesn't often last long enough on foot to see the horses...

so Dan let her hitch a ride

Anna was singing "the Final Countdown' on the way to the food store

Luke was making the loudest happy baby screams

and then Anna was saying Happy Birthday to Uncle Jon on Saturday...

St Pat's & the up coming Easter

with St. Patrick's Day behind us - we can finally focus on Easter...

and the cute bunny ear barrettes that we've been ITCHING to wear!

the 'in the house' installment

On St. Patrick's Day we went to the D's house... now - for those of you who don't know - here's the skinny
Michelle & I went to nursrey school together...
her father & mine were the only ones laughing at the little song we had to sing to our parents -
and we've all been friends since
Michelle & I were pregnant at the same time - she was due 3 weeks after me
My being two weeks late - and her being a week early..
we met up in the delivery room (she showed up before me)
and we ended up having our kiddens the same day -
the same doctor -
the same horrific c-section (she had it worse..)

and we threw Anna in the picture for some scale..

Luke's noggin is just about the same size as his sister who is 18 months older..

Luke slept through the whole thing.. and Anna so graciously held his pacifier

St. Patrick's Day

Well - its the boy's first St. Pat's day - and he's got a drinking hat!

Bunny & Buddah

we went to see the Easter Bunny yesterday -

it was a TOTAL SUCCESS (see december's Santa Visit...)

I was barely able to get the girl out of there..

Luke, on the other hand, goes with the flow..
Found an unflattering angle for the boy..
but then again, stuffed against a pillow will give anyone a few chins
Honestly, I don't think he needs all that much help

Friday is finally here!

well, after a grueling 3 day week -

I'm happy to say that it is FINALLY friday!

Luke finally got his hands on that sneaky monkey on his activity mat

after weeks of being out of Luke's reach - he grabbed him last night - and in revenge -

she just so happened to be naked We were out and about yesterday -

Visitors and the egg....

First and foremost -
we had a freak egg the other day
I took my eyes off it for two seconds - and Dan ate it

SECONDLY

my Auntie Karen -and her daughter Melissa came over a week or so ago

(maybe it was 2 weeks ago? who knows)
Melissa and I are about two weeks apart - and we were so excited to hear that we were both pregnant at the same time...

Her girl, Skylar, is about 2 months older than Luke
